Recently, Niantic revealed that this month’s Community Day is scheduled for April 20th, featuring the Grass-type Pokémon Bellsprout. Adding to the excitement, Bellsprout will also be able to learn the new attack, Magical Leaf. Intriguing, isn’t it?

Reflecting on previous events, in 2023, Pokémon Go celebrated an event titled “Grass and Gratitude” starting on 4/20, allowing players to encounter the Mythical Grass-type Pokémon Shaymin.

Additionally, the 2022 event dubbed Sustainability Week coincided with April 20th as well, marking the introduction of Cherubi’s Shiny form—an apt choice considering Cherubi’s Pokédex number is #420.
