Varunada Lazurite crystals can be acquired by defeating a range of World and Weekly bosses, which drop this item during specific time-limited events. Additionally, the whistle mob drops can be collected from Sauroform Tribal Warriors located throughout Natlan. The world boss needed by Mualani is also situated in the Huitztli Hill region of Natlan.
The Sprayfeather Gills can be found along the river in the Ameyalco Waters region. Due to their limited availability, with only a few being obtainable every two days, it is advisable to explore other player worlds to increase your chances of acquiring additional drops, provided they are still accessible.
